Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process it. After processing, store credit will be issued to your account. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed and credit applied.

Shipping and delivery times will be estimated at checkout based on item availability and the shipping method you choose. Delivery date estimates are provided by the selected shipping provider.

Shipping costs are weight-based, and item weights are listed on their respective product pages. To align with shipping carrier policies, all item weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
