Do you ship free, and how long does delivery take?
We pack and send orders within 2 working days. Singapore delivery is free on orders of S$50 and above (S$3.99 below that) and takes 1 to 3 working days by SPX courier after dispatch. Shipping is also free to Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Canada, Australia and Vietnam. Transit to the United Arab Emirates takes 3 to 7 working days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Singapore to Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Canada, Australia and Vietnam. Shipping is free to all of them. International orders do not include customs duties or import taxes; if your country charges them, you pay them on arrival. Please email us to ask about other destinations.
Can I return or exchange a bag?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the bag is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Eligible returns receive a Nomi Cherie gift card with no expiry. You pay return postage and there is no restocking fee. Email us with your order number and photos to start.
What if my bag arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us with photos. For damage in transit or a wrong item, please write within 7 days of delivery. If a fault shows up later, email us too. We will repair, replace or refund to your original payment method, and we cover return postage. Store credit does not apply to faulty items.
What are Nomi Cherie bags made of? Is it real leather?
Most designs are made from premium microfiber, a vegan leather that is soft, light and scratch-resistant. Many have leather trims and straps. Some designs use other materials: Arula Mini, Cherie Tote, Fina and Vira are neoprene; Days by and Kora Tote have a soft suede finish; Lumi is hand-knotted nylon.
How do I care for my bag in Singapore's humidity and rain?
Wipe your bag with a soft damp cloth, using mild soap if needed. Air dry it away from direct sun. Stuff it with paper to help keep its shape, then store it in its pouch or a cloth bag. Keep it away from sharp objects and prolonged rain.
Will it fit my laptop, iPad or water bottle?
Fit depends on the design. Poppy Tote fits A4 and a 13 or 14 inch laptop up to 33 cm wide. Cherie Tote fits A4 and most 13-inch laptops. Fina fits A4, an iPad up to 12.9 inches and laptops up to 15 inches. Lumi fits A4 and laptops up to 15 inches. Mona fits a water bottle and tablet. Lunar Luxe and Sunny Shore have water bottle pockets.
Where else can I buy Nomi Cherie?
We sell online through the Nomi Cherie website, Shopee and TikTok Shop in Singapore. You can follow @nomi.cherie on Instagram and find us on Facebook. The same Nomi Cherie designs are sold on all three.
Are the Shopee and TikTok Shop bags the same as on the website?
Yes. Shopee and TikTok Shop carry the same Nomi Cherie designs as the website. Prices and promotions can differ by platform. Check the listing on the platform you are buying from for its current price.
