Refund policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Eligible returns are refunded as a Nomi Cherie gift card with no expiry.

To be eligible, the bag must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with its tags attached.

How to start a return

Email nomicherie.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the bag. The customer pays return postage. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

For eligible returns, we issue store credit as a Nomi Cherie gift card. The gift card does not expire.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your bag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If a fault shows up later, email us too. We will repair, replace or refund to your original payment method, and we cover the return postage. This applies instead of the store-credit return process, and your rights under Singapore's Lemon Law are not affected.

Sale items

Sale items follow the same 7-day store-credit return rule.
